The Flames Have a New Home
July, 24th 2010
The Flames, formerly of Twin County, have moved to TRIC (Toms River Independent Club). We made this move because we feel that the mission of TRIC more closely matches our coaching philosophy. We are looking forward to putting on our jade, black and white and taking the field under the TRIC banner this Fall. Thank you to all of the great people that we met in our time at Twin County. The support that you have given us is truly appreciated. Good Luck.
The Flames End The Season in First Place
July, 23rd 2010
The Flames finished the Spring season in first place. This was an amazing season for the Flames. They ended with the most wins, least losses, least goals against and came in second in goals for. They had 8 wins, 6 of which were shutouts, 1 loss and 1 tie.

Congratulations Flames. You all did an outstanding job this season. I can't wait to get the Fall started up.
The Flames Shut-out the Crushes
June, 13th 2010
The Flames girls soccer team of Brick, NJ shut-out the Crushers for the second time this season and walked away with their 5th shut-out. There were a lot of shots on both goals but in the end Brigid was the only one on either team to get one into the goal. This win means that the worst the Flames can do this season is second place with a good chance of taking first.
The Flames Beat the Jaguars
June, 6th 2010
The Flames girls soccer team of Brick, NJ played the Jaguars for the 2nd time this season to settle the 2-2 tie back in April. Maria scored a goal in the first half to give the Flames the lead but the Jaguars tied the score soon after. The score remained tied until late in the second half when Rachel got her second goal this season putting the Flames in the lead. The Flames held off the Jaguars for the rest of the game and walked away with a 2-1 win.
The Twin County Flames Get Their Groove Back
May, 16th 2010
The Twin County Flames girls soccer team of Brick, NJ came back from last weeks loss to beat the Jersey Shore Express 3-0 giving the Flames their 4th shut-out of the season. The Flames took the lead early on with Rachel and Stephanie scoring their first goals of the season and Maria getting the third goal of the game. The Flames defense once again showed their skill by not letting the soccer ball near their goal for most of the game. Way to go Flames and thank you Coach Kate.
