Messages from the Coaches

I want to say thank you to all of the girls, both past and present, that made the Flames such a great team to be a part of. Stay positive and bring the hard work and dedication that you've shown us to which ever teams you play for in the coming seasons. Good luck everyone. It was a pleasure to be your coach these past couple of years.

All of the hard work you girls put in over the summer is really showing. You've all been doing an awesome job this season and we are proud to be your coaches. Keep up the good work.

You girls did an outstanding job at the scrimmage against the Sparks. Being that this was our first game together as a team I didn't think we would do so well, but I was wrong. Even those of you who never played before caught on fast and I saw only positive attitudes and determination from each of you from beginning to end. We still have a lot of work ahead of us this season but after what I saw at the scrimmage I have no doubts that we will be a very successful team in the the coming seasons. Stay positive and have fun.

The most important thing to remember is this: Win or lose, if you're not having fun you're doing it wrong.

We are looking forward to a fun and exciting season this fall. We have a group of great girls that are ready to take on the best that MOSA has to offer.
